IGS performs maximum in-house installation work, with the majority of installations performed by our contractors who are experienced in the Security Systems Field. Projects undertaken by IGS are always completed both within the project time and budget. IGS allocates each project undertaken to a specific project manager who is responsible for that project from concept to handover. This ensures maximum attention is paid and a customized approach is tailored to each project.
Maintenance and Service Capabilities
IGS has a standard 24-hour service call-out procedure for each system we install. IGS endeavour to respond by telephone within the hour and on site within 24 hours of being notified.
